La 2 e journée la chambre n’avait pas été faite
J’ai texté l’employé car il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite
Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau...

The staff were friendly and helpful, the only 2 things that I feel need improvement are the next:
The bed: The bed was extremely hard, they are just cheap Sealy mattresses. If you have back and neck issues, or issues such as Fibromyalgia… you will be waking up sore and bruised daily. I feel for the price point, the mattress should be better quality, for a restful sleep experience.

“Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working”

“L'host è stata fin da subito di una gentilezza estrema, sempre disponibile e tempestiva. Posizione ottima per muoversi nella vecchia san juan. Non posso però mettere 5 stelle perché nonostante la disponibilità in tutto, la stanza è molto piccola e senza punti di appoggio e con 3 valigie era difficile muoversi. Il condizionatore molto rumoroso deve essere spento per poter dormire. Qualche piccola miglioria e tutto sarebbe perfetto.”

“The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. “Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away”

“Location is superb if you are looking for a place where the heart of the action is in Old San Juan. It's right by the best bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. With that said, it could get loud at night, but I did not have any troubles getting a good night's sleep as my room was farthest away from the stteet. Everything was clean, microwave right outside the rooms, and fridge in the room worked well.”
