Hotel a Buffalo Gap

“Room was very clean, breakfast was great but we did not have hot water the last two nights and could not find anyone at the front desk to help. We have stayed here several times before and have always been pleased with the service and accommodations. This did not seem to be the same hotel - management was unavailable.”

“I never got to check into my room because the power was out from the storm. I didn't get to stay there and had to go find another hotel that did have power so I could check in and have a place to stay for the night ”

“Do not go too the area. Over priced because of a data center being built. The pillows are discussing the room was not vacuumed the ac was hot so I looked at the filter it had not been clean In a few months, and the mattress are old and need to be replaced. I don’t recommend at all.”

“Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.”

“I booked a room from the road but when I arrived, the room was totally unacceptable. The room I was given was nowhere close to the description and pictures shown on the website. We only opened the door and did not take anything into the room...we could not stay in this room. The room had a cracked window, no functioning electrical outlets, damaged tiles around the tub, holes in the wall, and the room had a bad smell.”

“Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.”

“Very loud and windows are like Saran Wrap. TV didn’t work and staff never came to help. Homeless sleeping on property. Pool full of garbage and not usable.”
