“There was no fridge in my room They do not have adequate backup power when the lights go off and if it rains really hard the road in front floods”

“Room was not wept bathroom tub had hairs floor still wet and embarrassed to say it but there were bugs crawling all in the walls like roches”

“The staff were super friendly. The amenities were great and the breakfast was good. The weight room was fully equipped, and the indoor pool was very nice. The WIFI was weak, but okay.”

“The room was small but it was great. It smelled nice, it was clean, and updated. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but it was better than several places that I had paid more to stay at.”

“Definitely a budget motel. Sketchy clientele. Room felt dirty, but sheets were clean and no bed bugs. Electric door lock was broken. Curtains broken and covered the AC unit so zero air flow. Did not use the shower as it was not exactly clean. Strong smell of cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. Wear shoes, the floor was filthy.”

“DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS MOTEL!!! The pictures are not what you will get. The lobby is basically a storage room of old furniture, tools and junk. The rooms had mold and were not clean. The door between rooms in the motel on our side had no dead bolt or locking mechanism. The hole where the lock was supposed to be was stuffed with paper towels. “It was very clean and exactly as advertised. We were glad to have the full fridge and freezer for our ice packs and food we were traveling with that needs to stay cold. It was spacious enough for 3 people even though it was just me & my son. We felt safe & it was quiet. It was hard to find in the dark and the code wasn’t right (a side effect of booking online/indirectly). But the host answered the phone immediately and remedied it. Would stay here again.”

“Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.”

“The rooms were basically damaged and had drywall patches but not painted, bugs on beds and all advertised tvs and such were not in the room as stated. Staff was not very helpful”

“The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe.”

“We checked in our room and there was a dirty rag left in top of the toilet. Leftover food from a previous guest was also still in the room. There was no smoke detector as it had been pulled off and the wires left exposed. The bed was badly stained as well. We left after only two hours and were not refunded. We paid $180 for one night and it was not suitable to stay in. Very disappointed that management would not refund our money for a room that should never have been rented in its condition.”
