“We checked in and got up to our room and someone was in there. We had to get a new room. There was some trash and crumbs left in the new room. Front desk man was so polite and helpful and that’s the only reason I gave this more than 1 star”

“Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying.”

I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this.
