“Clean room. Staff was very friendly. Lots of options for breakfast”

“As soon as you walk in and walk through the hallways all you can smell is disinfectant spray masking a musty bad smell. Walls are paper thin, breakfast was sad and rooms were kept hot until you adjusted the AC which would take forever to get to a comfortable temperature.”

“The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?”

“The room was not cleaned and the shower head was broken And I'm not here to complain, but overall, that hotel needs a lot of work to update the amenities.”

“The front desk woman announced a personal issue i had previously discussed with her in private w others loudly, staff and other guests. Was extremely rude multiple times to me, very unprofessional, classless, careless, and extremely rude to me. Not every situation is as it seems and not every person is a degenerate, or guilty of anything more than attempting to help someone who they believed was making an effort to change their lives. (Referring to my situation). It's in very poor taste and...

“The pool wasn't clean!!”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.”

“Second time visiting this place I was really impressed first time room was clean newly renovated and second time I was not impressed the room was dirty with stains on chairs , mold in a/c unit and peeling paint in tub and walls I do believe they are trying to remodel but they should know when you are a returning customer”

“The photos really speak for themselves… mold in fridge, hair all over floor when we first arrived, pool was absolutely disgusting looking as well as the hot tub being green. Staff seemed friendly at first until I said something about the mold and hair in our room or bed had hair all over in it too. Mold in the vents in the hallways. Wall paper peeling all over the rooms. Would never stay here again. Beds are very hard and poor quality pillows are flat as pancakes.”
