Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds....

“We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! ”

“Nice property, friendly staff. There was a baseball tournament and a pool tournament in town so there wasn't enough breakfast for everyone, but nice property within walking distance of vibrant stadium ”

“We had a wonderful stay, my only complaint was the room next to us had a dog that barked off and on all night. ”

“Walking in the smell of mold and smoke was strong. Got key to room, again the smell was pretty gross, found black dots all over the bed. The pool was closed.. looked for good. I couldn’t stay there is canceled and left.. elevator last inspected 2021”
