“The front desk woman announced a personal issue i had previously discussed with her in private w others loudly, staff and other guests. Was extremely rude multiple times to me, very unprofessional, classless, careless, and extremely rude to me. Not every situation is as it seems and not every person is a degenerate, or guilty of anything more than attempting to help someone who they believed was making an effort to change their lives. “The room was not cleaned and the shower head was broken And I'm not here to complain, but overall, that hotel needs a lot of work to update the amenities.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?”
