“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)”

“A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.”

“The room had water spots on the ceiling the sink drain leaking had to be fixed during the stay. The room needed to be updated the staff lives there and it looks like a dump!”

“If you are staying near the Moline airport, go across the street and stay with Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe and the shuttle back from the airport to get my car took an hour.”

“Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. “When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for.”

“This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend.”

“The staff were very friendly. Carpet needs to be replaced, stains on existing carpet. Pool was at a nice temp. Had some concern about fire alarm going off early morning .”

“Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. “Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”

“Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again.”
