“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”

“Room was very large and comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. Some concerns about other guests we saw but no issues arose as we were up early and back on the road before most others were up. Although the pool was overrun at night with guests seeming there just for that.”

“Breakfast was great, rooms were nice, the only downfall was the pool was closed and we were notified ahead of checking in which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They are doing maintenance to remove the hot tub”

“Clean, spacious room. Appreciated the covered, attached garage, felt safe. ”

“The shower is getting black mold. There were boogers on the headboard I had to clean myself. ”

“Booked a room for a concert. Everything was fine until we returned and ran into a prostitute out front smoking a joint. She was nice. But we packed up our stuff and left after that..”

“It is always a pleasure to stay at this Residence Inn. From the greeting you get upon arrival to your checkout. The people are so kind and helpful. The room is always clean. A great place to stay.”

“Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work. ”

“Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...

“Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. ”

“Room was very clean including the kitchenette totally happy the dishes, pot, pans, and utensils were included. Pillows were a little too soft but other than that everything was fine. ”
