“Sara is a great house. So much bigger than it looks on the pictures. After touring the island of Gozo, it is in probably the bes location. Munxar is a lovely town and the supermarket is 3 min walk away and has everything you could ask for. The pool was a little cold, but we visited in Autumn. I am sure in the summer heat the pool feels like bliss. The kids (aged 3 and 5) loved it. Great house for families with plenty of space and everything you need. Highly recommend!”

“The Villa was lovely, spacious, clean and the 6 of us had all we wanted, bedrooms and bathrooms each, even an extra bathroom. The pool was great too, real suntrap. We used the local bars and restaurants, all good, particularly D-Bar and Ta-Vestru. The little supermarket behind the church was great, an Alladins Cave! “We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very spacious, perfect for a family. The garden and the swimming pool were extremely enjoyable. Moreover Ray is a fantastic host. We arrived late at night, some small snacks were available in the kitchen for the start. We only had a few days to discover Malta and Ray gave us some very useful hints how to optimise our stay. “The property is very clean and has beautiful views. The host lives at the property and provides a lot of assistance and really wants people to enjoy their their stay. He is very involved and always around. There is a small pool kids can enjoy. We liked staying in the area away from all the crowds. You can get to a bus stop but if you can drive that would be much easier, the bus system is pretty slow.”

“Lovely to stay with Ray and Maria again; we were last there thirty years ago when our children were small. Apartment 2 is comfortable and spacious and the pool deck is surrounded by palm trees! The weather was mixed so we caught up on Amazon and YouTube series some evenings. The Santa Maria Estate is a peaceful residential area a short walk away from Central Mellieha. We used the running track most days. We hope to return and thank Maria and Ray for sharing their lovely villa with us.”

“Our host Melita was wonderful to deal with. Attentive and helpful, Melita was informative about her home country, responded quickly to our needs, but also respectful of our privacy. What a lovely lady and great host - we would stay there again ! It's also within walking distance to a handy grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The milk in the fridge on arrival was perfect for our little boy arriving late and wanting to go straight to bed and your extremely kind loan of a car seat saved the day when our car hire company let us down. “Nine friends rented the home for a week. The view is breathtaking and the home has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Bolt will pickup and take you anywhere for a reasonable price. They are clearly redoing some things in the home and either it is incomplete or the workmanship is a bit shoddy. House needs a new dishwasher as well as glassware. “We had a great stay here. The pool and outdoor space was lovely, and the villa has a lot of space and character. The village it is in is very quiet, but all the main sites are just a short drive away. It was great to have a highchair and cot provided.”

“Villa was lovely, very clean with lots of quirky bits to it. Lots of winding steps to bedrooms so not good if you have mobility issues. Only downside was only a small amount of sun by pool (possibly because we went in September) it may be different in earlier months. Although lots of sun on upper terrace, it was nice to have an outdoor shower so easy to cool off. Unfortunately while we were there a lot of dog barking from nearby which was frustrating at times. “Die Finka bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit 3 Bädern und Schlafzimmern, der großen Küchen und dem Poolbereich fehlt es einem an nichts. Auch die gute Verteilung der Klimaanlagen und den gerechtfertigten Preis für diese ist ein eindeutiger Pluspunkt. Der Pool war auch schön und hat für Abkühlung gesorgt.
