Hotel a Bull Creek

“We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

“Great clean place to stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Love the blackout curtains, and everything was easy to find our way around.”

“Location on Main St was convenient. Amenities were just okay.”

“The room was mostly clean. Not what it should have been for what we paid. It was a pet friendly room and even though I know that previous pet smells probably linger I feel like the room should have smelled better. Floors not super clean, dirt around threshold to the bathroom. Old lotion on the counter from the lotion dispenser on the wall.”

“Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

“Overall was a good motel for the price. One thing I always judge a hotel/motel by is their air conditioning. Seemed like the room I stayed in, it would run 20 minutes and kick off. Had it set in 60, and was no where near that in the room. It wasnt hot, but we went and bought a fan to keep us cooler. Room was clean but the mattresses needs replaced. I think the mattresses were older spring type mattresses that seemed past their prime and needed replaced. Pool was kinda small but clean. Our room...

“Toilet paper holder broken and dirty around toilet. Only 3 pillows for large bed, one smaller and flat so both people don’t get two full size pillows. Holes in curtains. Air conditioner noisy. Staff nice, breakfast provided.”
