Nuovo noleggio per il 2018 e recentemente rinnovato. Goditi il lago con viste meravigliose. Uno dei migliori lotti sul lago. Disponibile tutto l'anno. Si trova in una grande insenatura tranquilla "senza scia" a circa 25 minuti da I95. Una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia lunga quasi 100 piedi, grande molo per nuotare e prendere il sole, proiettato nel portico sulla casa di barca, vasca idromassaggio nella zona protetta, bella cascata con paesaggio professionale, dolce pendenza sul lungomare, verde, falò, amaca, un sacco di sole e ombra, scale in acqua e molto altro. Ci sono molti spazi divertenti sul lungolago per rendere GRANDI ricordi. Valentine House ha una rampa privata per la barca e un'ottima pesca. Quasi 300 piedi di lungomare con accesso sia in acque profonde che poco profonde. Siamo uno dei pochi posti che ha Comcast Internet. Paddleboat, kayak e alcuni giochi d'acqua inclusi per il tuo divertimento.
La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata quest'anno, con tutte le nuove cucine e bagni (foto a venire). Grande sala grande con grandi finestre panoramiche e vista mozzafiato sul lago. 3 camere da letto si trovano al piano principale e consentono un facile accesso per bambini o anziani. I letti matrimoniali sono nuovissimi e comodi. Una suite matrimoniale completa di un letto king size, bellissimo bagno con ampia doccia e porte-finestre che conducono al portico laterale. Un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e una porta che conduce ad un altro portico laterale. La 3a camera da letto ha un letto full size. Al secondo piano c'è una quarta camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. C'è una quinta camera da letto al 2 ° piano con un letto a castello che ha un estraibile estraibile. Nella zona soppalco al 2 ° piano c'è un divano letto che ha anche un rotelle. La grande cucina aperta ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e un sacco di spazio di archiviazione. Un sacco di piatti, bicchieri, pentole e padelle, piatti da portata, macchina da caffè americano, tostapane, frullatore e altro disponibile per l'uso. Ampio tavolo per mangiare e posti a sedere al bancone. 60 "TV, lettore blu ray e molti dvd nella grande sala per quei giorni di pioggia. Biliardino in soppalco con tanti giochi per grandi e piccini. Grande griglia a propano sul patio.
     20 minuti dal Parco Statale del Lago Anna dove ci sono molti sentieri escursionistici. Il leone del cibo è a circa 20 minuti di distanza. 30 minuti a King's Dominion. 10 minuti dalla cantina Lake Anna.
Se stai andando in barca, sei vicino alla parte più ampia del lago e Dike 3, che è uno dei migliori punti di pesca sul lago. C'è un porto turistico in affitto direttamente sul lago dalla nostra baia, a circa 5 minuti di barca.
In estate, i noleggi sono disponibili per un minimo di 6 giorni durante l'alta stagione (dal Memorial Day alla Festa del Lavoro). Durante l'estate check-in solo il sabato o la domenica. Durante il checkout estivo solo venerdì o sabato. Affitti fuori stagione sono disponibili per un minimo di 3 notti.

The property is well kept, clean, and family friendly. Our kids loved everything about the property from hunting for Bigfoot in the woods, making sandcastles, to perfecting their putting skills. The water around the enclosed dock was deep enough to jump in without touching the bottom as well which is a bonus for the adults that don’t like that feeling!

Fantastic!!

Can’t say the word fantastic enough! From the house, to the property, to the host. It was everything we hoped for plus some. Nanette was the best host I have ever worked with and we have stayed at our fair share of vacation rentals over the years. Incredibly responsive to every question I had leading up to the trip and during. We have been coming to Lake Anna for years now, and rent a different house every time (some summers we have taken 2 trips) hoping to find “the one”. Well we have found it. The house is well cared for and has everything you need, even speciality kitchen items that I packed because no vacation house ever has them! They have thought of everything. And the property.. wow! Just gorgeous. People were stopping in the cove just to compliment the property. There is sunny, there is shady and space for everyone to spread out. The location of the property is also great. It’s on the quieter end of the lake. If you are thinking about renting this property.. just do it! But please don’t book the week we want to come. We are already looking forward to next year!!

Restful retreat

We love Valentine House! This was our second stay. The location and views of the lake are magnificent. The house is beautifully appointed and, kitchen well provided and amenities fabulous. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Cable TV would be nice but that’s the only drawback.

Amazing Vacation!

This is our first VRBO experience and can’t say enough great things. The property was absolutely stunning. We spent most of our stay in the screened in porch/swimming off the dock. The littles very much enjoyed playing in the sand and splashing around at the beach. The house was comfortable and fully stocked with ALL the kitchen supplies you could think of. We are sad to see that this property is not available next summer because it was hands down, the best house we have ever stayed in!

Amazing Property

This is our 3rd time staying at this wonderful property. The location is amazing. We bring our jetskis and it is a perfect place for tubing. The house is absolutely perfect. All amenities are more than we could ask for. The property is gorgeous. The waterfall, beach and hot tub are all fantastic!

Beautiful stay in Lake Anna

The house, property and lake were beautiful and the owner was very responsive and forthcoming with information. We had three families, all with children, staying for a week (6 adults and 5 kids). We spent the majority of the time in the water and on a boat (rented locally). The beach area was great for the little ones, and the dock was deep enough for the big kids and adults to jump off of. The cove we were on was quiet and the end of the lake we were on was much quieter for tubing, unlike the other side of the lake. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was clean and in good condition. We typically have four families on our vacation, but if the time comes where we only have three again we would absolutely return. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Lake Anna Gem

This week was perfect way to end a busy summer. We could definitely see coming back and exploring even more of Lake Anna. It was a week that didn’t fly by too fast as most vacations do. This property itself was in one word - amazing. From large dock to jump in the lake from or sunbathe to beach area to the hammock in the trees to fire circle to boathouse and kayaks to waterfall feature and to one of my favorite spots. One of my favorite spots was the small deck area closer to boat house. It provided great view of property and easy to watch anyone swimming in front of dock. Selfishly, I do wish I could keep this gem a secret. (So that it doesn’t book up too fast and we can come back here.). I can see why the owners fell in love with this property and how they creating a great house on the lake.

In love with The Valentine House

We have been staying at the Valentine House for 1 week over the last few summers and every time has been wonderful. The house and its location are perfect and feels private, but still close to go tubing or take the boat out. The beach area is lovely with soft sand and very few rocks to worry about. The boathouse is screened in and perfect to hang out in. The house is beautiful and Nanette does such a great job of making you feel like your vacation going well is as important to her as it is to you. She is responsive and gracious. We love the house and area so much that we have already booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back at the Valentine House.

Awesome! Beautiful!

Such a gorgeous property. This is our 2nd stay here and it's just a wonderful place. Everythng is clean! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We bring our jetskis and it's a perfect part of the lake to ride around every day. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Paradise!

We had the absolute best experience! From the beginning of booking all the way to leaving, our experience was wonderful. The property owner is kind, attentive and communicative. The house was beautiful with space for our family of 6 to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and felt like home. The house is beautifully updated. The outside is gorgeous with amazing landscaping and many spaces to explore and play different sports and activities. We enjoyed the boat house ALOT and the sandy beach was a hit for us all. The lot is perfectly situated in a private area that still had gorgeous views. We loved the ability to be in full sun or shade at any point of the day. Thank you! We will be back!!

Family vacation at Valentine House

Our family had a wonderful stay last week at the Valentine House! The property was spectacular with a beautiful boat house, private dock and beach, lovely firepit area on the beach. Lots of yard too for us to play yard games/sports. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! It fit our family perfectly! Nanette was a wonderful hostess and answered our questions in a timely manner. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together as a family. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!

Lakeside Wonder

The home is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and superbly equipped. The view of the lake takes your breath away no matter what time of the year and the amenities...one could not ask for more. Wander on the grounds or around the lake. The boathouse is intoxicating with the screened in porch - grab a good book and settle in. Or sit by the fire pit in the evening and watch the stars. We cooked every night and entertained visiting family with such ease. You will want for nothing here...just an extension of your time!

Incredible property and location!

What a wonderful time we had as a family! This place is amazing and we highly recommend it! The owners are great and very responsive. Despite the rainy and cool weather the first few days, we had an incredible time making amazing memories!
