Hotel a Beaverdam

“I had a very big issue staying at this hotel where I felt like the front desk did not seem to be willing to accommodate anything or go above and beyond other than just standing there and checking someone in and I will be reaching out to corporate as well but on one of the last days of our stay I had a window washer outside of my bedroom window on the sixth floor and was not even notified about the services being done so I came out of my bathroom completely naked to find a man standing outside my...

“The property including the room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Many restaurants close by to choose from.”

“Staff was super friendly. The rooms just weren't cozy. No table for a family to sit and eat in the room. No dresser to put clothes in. No real closet. Was surprised this is owned by Hilton. I paid 750 for 4 days, it wasn't worth the money.”

“Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!”

“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”

“Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.”
