Bung Bong Hill Cottage

Cottage indipendente completamente attrezzato con 2 camere da letto, costruito nel 2010 su 50 acri con fuoco a legna e vasca idromassaggio. Perfetto per un weekend.

Il Cottage è situato sull'autostrada dei Pirenei a metà strada tra la città Goldfields di Maryborough e il centro delle cantine dei Pirenei, Avoca; ed è a 2 ore di auto da Melbourne. Idealmente situato per quel fine settimana 'allontanarsi da tutto'.

Un open space e confortevole zona giorno comprende salone con stufa a legna (legno fornito), zona pranzo e cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata. Una camera doppia e un bagno completano il piano terra. Una veranda a tutta lunghezza si affaccia ad ovest per la vista sulle catene dei Pirenei, mentre una veranda esposta a est è perfetta per la colazione al sole del mattino.
Il 1 ° piano ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno completo e una grande spa per due persone. Un balcone privato si affaccia sui Pirenei


Proprietà

Il cottage è situato sulla cima di una collina dietro un piccolo uliveto in vista dell'autostrada. Lontano dalla strada scende verso il Bet Bet Creek che costituisce il confine della proprietà di 50 acri.


Località

Situato in posizione centrale per esplorare le città storiche di Avoca, Talbot, Dunolly, Maiorca e, naturalmente, Maryborough con le sue arti e mestieri e mercati antichi.
Un breve viaggio attraverso Avoca ti porta ai vigneti della regione dei Pirenei con le sue vendite di cantine e ristoranti.

Relaxing stay on a beautiful property

A wonderful place to relax on 50 acres. We enjoyed the sunsets, stars and watched the bird life from the back deck. The property was amazing with beautiful old gumtrees, and lots of wildlife. We loved having a couple of daily walks. The house itself has a wonderfully relaxed feel to it with everything you need (loved the coffee machine and the lounge with the footrests). A great central place to explore Maryborough and Avoca nearby. Our dog Hugo had a great time exploring too. Will definitely return!

Place of uninterrupted history

Absolute hidden gem. Property is perfect clean (beyond standards), location and surroundings are pinnacle of „farm stay”, plenty of space, bush walks, wildlife. The most stunning is the history of the place, that alone makes staying here worth much more. I would never expect to be privilege to inside of family history by John and his meticulously arranged albums, notes, diaries etc. Mind blowing surprise and definitely worth 5 star place.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The cottage is so comfortable and has everything you need. The views and property are breath taking and the photos do not do it justice. Can't fault one thing, we would defiantly stay here again

Quiet Perfection

We were looking for a getaway somewhere relaxing and peaceful. This ticked all those boxes and more, whilst also being in a great location with easy access to the cellar doors and state forests. Bonus points for the hot tub & wonderful sunsets!

A slice of paradise

This was our third stay at the cottage, and it was just as perfect as the previous times. Such superb views and serenity, great for family time and unwinding. More than we expected.

The property is so perfect, the cottage had everything you could ask for, the design the decor, the quality of fittings and products they supplied. We were lucky enough to enjoy the first of spring sunshine and still enjoyed the winter hit the next day.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean cottage, Loved it!

This cottage looks as clean and new as the day it was built. It is so comfortable, warm and cosy in winter with outdoor entertainment area and bbq for summer. We loved staying here and will definitely return again.
