We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was gorgeous, and would be even nicer when warmer as each has a little table and chairs in front - the room had everything you could want v spacious and gorgeous Temple Spa bathroom products, and a lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of Copper House gin ;) lovely meal in the restaurant and delicious breakfast. “The staff were all great, very helpful and polite. The room was large and clean but a bit soul less. The bathroom was very large with lovely shower but again bare. Nothing to make you feel special two tiny bottles for the shower and one bar of soap but no soap dish! Nothing at all to make it feel homely! The worse bit was the bed it definitely needed a new mattress as we both kept rolling into the middle, ver disturbed night!! ”

“This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good.”
