“What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing.
The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. “Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel.
The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table.
Regardless we had a lovely stay thank you”

“It was lovely accommodation.
Really nice location.
A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet.
The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on.
That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well.”

“Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.”

Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. “Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning.
Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level ”

“Arrived to hotel no carpark to unload luggage due to roadworks, so double parked.
Also no paid hotel car parking available either.
Once inside my Mother who was having difficulty carrying her luggage asked for directions to our room and the staff didn’t even offer to help her with her bags to our room whilst I was trying to find a park. She was clearly struggling.
Woke the next morning at 7:30am to banging above the room, so called reception apparently new carpet was being laid. Something the...
