Hotel vicino a Burnside Fountain - Worcester

“Bar closes early and isn't open on Sunday. 110 Grill also closes early. Hotel is very nice but quite a few homeless people outside. Not the best neighborhood to walk in.”

“Enjoyed the room with kitchen. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the 24hr. Coffee. Only disappointed was paying $398 for one night because the band Journey was in town. Booked the room 6 months in advance. Same room goes around $209”

“My only complaint which is more of a preference, I had a bad night sleep because the pillows were too soft. I would recommend a mix of pillows from soft to Xtra firm. The shower was fantastic. The location is really good, everything you might want is within walking distance, in what seems to be a fairly safe area.”

“The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation.”

Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful.”

“The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.”

Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms) Don't stay here.”
