“This is not a cookie-cutter hotel in a chain. The Beachwood has well-appointed rooms with quality linens, moldings, and upholstery throughout and a well-designed restaurant. Always a pleasure to stay here. Chapel downstairs is well-worth a peek to see the antique stained glass windows.”

“The staff was absolutely fantastic. Carmen made us feel comfortable immediately. Housekeeping was thoughtful to bring us towels since we woke up too late to call housekeeping. The only thing was the location. There was no way to see if from the highway and there were no local spots to eat close enough to walk. In the end we had family pick us up and they had trouble finding it without the gps. ”

“I was in the area for a training and this wss perfect for a stay. The room was very clean. I was shocked that it had whole kitchenette, mini dishwasher and all! I am going to say upon closer inspection, there were areas it need improving, minor cosmetic things. The water pressure was amazing! Water stayed hot. There was even dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, role of paper towels, sponge, coffee with coffee pot. I would definitely stay again! ”
