Hotel vicino a Clark University - Worcester

“Just ok. I am a Hilton Rewards member & stay at a Hilton hotel every trip and this was my first experience with a Spark by Hilton property. I am now understanding that Spark is the basic level of their hotels. The hotel is newer and technically had everything you needed bed, bathroom. There was 1 painfully small mini fridge that stayed at about 60 degrees. No coffee pot, no closet, no scrambled eggs or meat with breakfast. One of the beds in our room was very clean, the other had debris IN it...

“Staff was prompt to exchange a soiled bed spread. Very helpful, generally. I mistakenly made the reservation one night short and the staff called and walked me through adding a night. It was very easy.”

“Room was absolutely filthy. My fiance cleaned the floor himself and it took 3 passes with several TOWELS getting BLACK with dirt. Tub was filthy. The room was loaded with little flies - many of which were squished on the walls and in the shower by the last guest and left there. Desk attendant said "it's the season... There's not really anything you can do about it". We asked to move to another room, and were told he couldn't, but he would call the owner and let us know in an hour. He showed us...
