“Miscommunication on whether or not they allowed late check in, the hotel never followed up about the claim so Expedia canceled any possible refund, front desk told me I could stay the night if I book a new reservation as long as I booked it and it was approved. I did and it got approved but I was not actually able to check in and I ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night ”
