Hotel vicino a The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts - Worcester

“Hotel is very nice, and felt safe and clean. The area however is flooded with homeless people and felt unsafe. We were only there 1 night for a concert. Wouldn’t return to Worcester.”

“Enjoyed the room with kitchen. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the 24hr. Coffee. Only disappointed was paying $398 for one night because the band Journey was in town. Booked the room 6 months in advance. Same room goes around $209”

“The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation.”

“Very easy to drive past this property. It is hidden up in the woods off of the street. Hard to make a left-hand turn out of the property. Had to go down and make a U-turn and come back up.”

“First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

“Our room was nice and clean. There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day. We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly. The Breakfast was ok. Sunday was a little better than Saturday. They had more staff on. Also there was only one waffle maker so there...

“I like the breakfast setting; it was giving outdoors at a resort. I didn't like the size of the bathroom and how the sink was in the actual bedroom. I couldn't go on the balcony because maintenance put a door stopper on the slide to prevent the door from opening.”
