Hotel vicino a Salisbury Mansion - Worcester

“Hotel is very nice, and felt safe and clean. The area however is flooded with homeless people and felt unsafe. We were only there 1 night for a concert. Wouldn’t return to Worcester.”

“Enjoyed the room with kitchen. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the 24hr. Coffee. Only disappointed was paying $398 for one night because the band Journey was in town. Booked the room 6 months in advance. Same room goes around $209”

“Clean. Great staff. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Small but nice gym. Our wifi was iffy but otherwise we were very happy either way our stay.”

“The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation.”

“Very easy to drive past this property. It is hidden up in the woods off of the street. Hard to make a left-hand turn out of the property. Had to go down and make a U-turn and come back up.”

“First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

“I like the breakfast setting; it was giving outdoors at a resort. I didn't like the size of the bathroom and how the sink was in the actual bedroom. I couldn't go on the balcony because maintenance put a door stopper on the slide to prevent the door from opening.”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.
