Hotel vicino a Salisbury Mansion - Worcester

“I stay in a lot of hotels about 30 days a year if not more. This place is very clean and convenient. My only issue was the view from our room was terrible. A roof with ac equipment and vents .. followed by a building.”

“Hotel was okay. Room was nice and bathroom was immaculate. Rugs were worn and bit level in one area. Restaurant was terrible. Understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for breakfast and not very many customers. Had to be somewhere so gave up and walked out. Would not go back if other options available. Not worth the cost. ”

“Worst experience at a hotel ever. Vaughn was great when I checked in. After that, it became a nightmare when I discovered ants in the kitchen area. I reported it, even cleaned it up, called the desk and deferred moving to another room until the next night, hoping the problem was solved. I had to work all day and came back to find more ants, Called the desk to report it and was scolded for not agreeing to move the day before which was offered to me late at night and as I left for work the next...

“I had to do the housekeeping myself the whole stay. Went and got my own towels to swap out as well as TP and it was only cleaned and or towels replaced once. Not happy about that! I called the day before and was ensured it was the day I was getting housekeeping but it did not happen. After running the Boston marathon and not having clean towels or even TP is pretty disappointing and exhausting that I had to do it myself. I even gathered the towels that needed to be swapped out every day but did...

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“Excellent! The receptionist, if I recall correctly, Jacob, was very courteous. So was his manager. Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool. It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff. 5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations. Robert.”
