“Clean room, staff was helpful. For what I paid for the room, there are other hotels that offer breakfast and free parking in the area, but since my conference was in the DCU it made the most logistical sense. Will most likely stay there again but may look at it hard next year.”

“We're not B&B aficionados, but this was nothingy shy of an awesome experience. Staff/Owners are genuinely kind caring people who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I would liken the experience to 'Staying with Good Friends'. ”

“Clean room nice front desk staff. But the room service would knock on the door repeatedly when the do not disturb sign was up. The mini fridge was only able to go for 2 hours before turning off. So I never kept anything cold.”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “This Residence Inn was great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Our room was nice and comfortable. Even with renovations that were going on, there was never any inconveniences or loud noises. The laundry room was clean and very useful for our stay. Overall I had a really nice stay at this location.”
