“Access to free coffee/tea/hot choco at the lounge for 24 hrs was a neat idea. Their gym was also nice and clean. Staff were all superb as well.”

“Fantastic location and friendly staff with free parking! Our room was spacious enough to stay with our young daughter. The bathroom although it has a tub is not really suitable for baths and you could tell that silicon caulking was layered on top of older layers. Apart from that, very clean. Pool was great and rarely busy. Breakfast options were somewhat limited but good for the price. Overall great stay and again, location is awesome assuming you have a car.”

“Couldn’t figure out tv out but the staff was an amazing help and were absolutely wonderful. I would stay here again just for how awesome everyone was. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the bar had an amazing blackberry margarita. 10/10 would recommend.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The rooms were clean and fresh and looked new and modern. The retaurant on 12th floor provided a delicious meal, and the morning continental breakfast provided variety and tasted very good. All the staff was very polite and friendly.”
