“We had a bumpy start as one of our room had electrical issues but the staff quickly managed to change room and offered us a great service. Swimming pool was amazing. Staff when we checked out was also very helpful in the end. We are frequent travellers with many five star hotel experiences and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel and are planning to visit Signiel Seoul next time as well. ”

“The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. “Hotel located at the Busan Finance quarter so not exactly in the tourist area, but with subway right at doorstep. Comfy and clean room, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus point is the internet connection is weak in room, good in lobby at reception. ”
