EXPEDIA and ANDREITA HOTEL scam travelers and actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their lack of advertised amenities and faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night. “I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad.”
