“Set near the top of Lubowa hill, Royal Victoria is quiet and very relaxing with a plant filled compound.
The staff made me feel at home with daily chats on my needs (meals, etc). It's good value for money for a relaxing break.”

“Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.”

“Great staff. Was warmly welcomed. Room was very comfortable. Only issue was a lack of the hotel to respond to my request for an airport ride. I had sent a couple of messages but no responses. In the end, I had to plan my own transport from the airport. Other than that, i highly recommend this hotel.”

“So sweet family business! I booked the last minute and only stayed for one night . They really helped me out going so far as arranging two braiders to come fix my hair and nails in my room before rushing off to the event i was headed to. Room was neat and modest just what i needed for the price it was worth it to top it off they picked me up from the airport for free. ”

Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs, things you miss at other places.
