“Our whole experience was fantastic. Simple check in, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. You can store luggage before you check in or after check out without any concerns. The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road.”

“We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up)....

“Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room...

“The Zetter was wonderful! The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms are large for London (sitting area and very large bathroom). The lobby/lounge area was amazing, especially the fireplace. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the Farringdon underground station is a five minute walk. The food at the Zetter is first-rate and there are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. ”
