“Lovely place, a few buildings are in a state of disrepair but the other buildings that are for staying are nice”

“The street to access the hotel is under construction. My driver wasn’t able to get there and I wasn’t aware until arrival. Most of the beach is under construction and loud. I fell down the stair from the bathroom and the room wasn’t cool upon arrival, even when booked through Expedia ahead of time”

Lati negativi eccessiva distanza Ubud e Kuta, circa 3 ore per fare 70 Km solo andata per arrivare a Ubud. Il traffico è terribile. Inoltre la spiaggia non si presta per essere vissuta e vicino al resort non cè nulla da fare. La struttura è consigliata in termini di servizi e qualità, ma consiglierei il resort a persone che non vogliono muoversi tanto rimando quindi confinati all'interno dello...

“Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect. You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to...

“Amazing hotel, my wife and I stayed in a villa which was huge with huge bedroom, bathroom and a big swimming pool however they forgot to put a curtain on one of the windows in the bathroom and no air conditioning in the bathroom, it is like a sauna.”

“The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

“Excellent overall experience. The level of service was very high, comfortable and well appointed seperate bungalows set in a beautiful tropical garden. Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb.
