“半年以上前に予約していたのに予約がないと一点張りだった。何度も2日前にメールなどが届いている事などを見せ、現地のガイドにも助けてもらったら結局は3ヶ月前にシステム変わっていたと2時間もかかって判明した。 結局は予約していた部屋は使用できず微妙だったので系列の別なホテルに泊まる事となった。 最悪な思い出”
