“It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.”

“The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

“I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. “when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
