“Dollinger's should be charging $40 more per night. That about says it all, but I will elaborate: The room was very very clean, did NOT smell. The employee in the evening and the employee in the morning were trained very well and did a great job interacting with us. There is plenty of parking. They provide bags of ice instead of using a noisy moldy ice machine. “I was not happy with my reservation . I asked for double beds and received a single queen bed. Staff was not nice at all when I told him it was wrong. Very disrespectful when I asked questions like I did not exist. I will never stay there again”

“Staff was awesome. Rooms were meh, our first room the toilet wouldn’t work. They provided a plunger but that didn’t fix the issue. Carpets were gross, dirty feet after walking on it. Shower curtain was falling off and the shower head half worked.”

“I ordered a suite with a jacuzzi tub and was given a regular suite without a tub. I inquired with the front desk and they told me I only ordered a regular suite. The toilet in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and there was still trash in the garbage can when we arrived. I will never be staying at this hotel ever again!”
