“Pros - Location - Room Size, TV, Microwave, small fridge available - Parking was plentiful and simple - Heating and Cooling very good, guest operated - There was some kind of breakfast. I did not partake, but I did see other guests having food Cons - Damage to various parts of room. - Check-in not ideal. 3pm is hotel policy. At 330pm room not ready, key in hand at 350pm. - Staff provided the typical upstate insincere politeness mixed with a touch of sass. - Pre check-in was useless. -...

“Very nice hotel, clean room, good breakfast options. Only complaint was the pool was cold and chlorine smell was overpowering, but otherwise great hotel for the price. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice ”

“Breakfast was good with large variety. Had only sausage,would have like bacon or ham. Casino was nice with large variety of machines. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. ”

“The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!”

“My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread.”

“Staff very pleasant and answered questions if there was any. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Breakfast was fine like the variety of things to pick. The rooms were very clean only complaint was that the toilets were very low felt like we're in elementary school. People with knee problems and back problems will have a problem with trying to get up after each use. Other then that loved the room and how clean they were.”
