One was laying on the bed and told me to come in that they would be leaving shortly. Ugh...no! So I went back down to see if I had been given the wrong room. She apologized and gave me a different room a few doors down from my original room. When I shut my door i noticed there was no lock on the door. Self latch was taken off and no doorknob...

“Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! “We were disappointed with this stay. The property was run down and outdated. Room was small with threadbare carpet. We were looking forward to relaxing in the advertised hot tub but it had been permanently closed. Breakfast room had stained carpet.”

I’m not sure what it is, but it’s gritty… had to scrape it off just to make the eggs edible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned.
