“Breakfast was great- room was big and clean- beds comfy, pillows good. Nice staff.”

“A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again”

“The property was very clean and well maintained even with large events going on nearby. Breakfast was really good and stayed fully stocked.”

“Check-in took about 20 mins because the front desk wasn’t staffed properly for the insanely busy weekend. Several customers who booked through third parties were turned away due to “lost” reservations. Room was awful, had a terrible wake-you-up-from-a-deep-sleep intermittent sulphur smell. Do not waste your money or your precious sleep!”

“The room was clean however the HVAC system was noisy when running. I contacted the front desk and they did a great job at handling the issue. We were moved into another room although the hotel was well booked. All other amenities were great.”

“Room was clean but old and worn out. The staff was kind. The Door to the room had a 1 inch gap at the top and bottom so you could hear the lobby and hallway and elevator and whatnot like the door was wide open. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The AC and Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine taking off. And the TV made a very loud obnoxious buzzing noise. I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s an absolute last resort option. “No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.”

“Hot tub was closed, was told it would be fixed the next day and it was closed our entire stay. Pool was open but zero heat, disappointing when hotel was booked due to the pool to relax after a long day at a sports tournament”

“Best mattress and Bedding I have had at a hotel in awhile. Very Quiet, Appropriate room temps. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but adequate. Overall for the cost it was very good and will consider staying here again on next trip through tge area.”
