“A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again”

“We arrived late Friday afternoon and went to sleep early to get up at 3:30 for a 5AM flight Saturday morning We were not around for breakfast. We did not use the hot tub or pool. However we did enjoy a hotel staff that picked us up at Pasco Airport after dropping our rental car off Friday afternoon and also drove us at 4AM Saturday morning back to the airport for our 5 AM flight. The people we met at the Red Lion Inn were thoughtful and helpful. ”

“We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror...

“The breakfast was a good buffet with a decent variety, everything was fresh and hot that needed to be hot. The only problem is the parking. We had to park off the lot as there were no spaces available. To be fair, we did arrive quite late, around midnight I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Richland.”
