“A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again”

“The room was clean however the HVAC system was noisy when running. I contacted the front desk and they did a great job at handling the issue. We were moved into another room although the hotel was well booked. All other amenities were great.”

Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. “My one-night stay was comfortable; the room was clean and adequate. The morning breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The only downside was because of some refurbishing projects the restaurant was closed, no hot tub and the pool was not functioning. Great view across the river.”
