“I love design, interiors, being close to the action, small business, and art. This place checked ALLLL the boxes! I can’t wait to come back when the rooftop pool is done. They have put thought and brilliance into every tile, furniture piece and plant. There was plenty of street parking, and once we found a spot we liked we just stayed parked there. You are in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, farmacias. Seriously this place is 11/10!!!”

“The room was very clean. Shower was semi -clean. We didn't have hot water. The wi-fi didn't work and the TV didn't display any channels even though it was connected to the wi-fi. We definitely didn't get what we paid for. Im going to ask for a refund or partial refund because of the issues we experienced. The property was nice. Very nice pool. In house Bar was okay.”

“Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!”

“The “clean” rapped towels by the sink were stained with poop went down stairs to tell them they did nothing about it but to try to charge me for extra towels when I never asked for Extra at check out”

“Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.”

“Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis.”

“The hotel was nice, clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious. Its a bit away from the party scene and has a security guard at the front of the hotel. The only negative is the WiFi internet (no reception). Otherwise it was a nice place for a weekend trip.”

“We love staying at the princesa and really enjoyed this condo! It has a great location on the property where you can see the beach really well, get to enjoy the sunset, super close to the pool and pool bar. Easy access to the beach! Great property for families! Mostly quiet free of the party scene and very safe!”
