Hotel vicino a CHI St. Joseph Health - Bryan

“Made my reservation and paid thru you guys in November, got to the property in Bryan, Texas and they had cancelled my room and sent me to another hotel that was crap! This has never in my 80 years happened to me!! Need to know why and what can be done!!”

I also did not like not having a coffee pot in our room. I'm used to getting up and drinking a little coffee as I relax in my PJ's.”
