“Very nice property! Great location, nice views, very nice room which was very clean especially for a Pet friendly room. They had everything you need in the room. The grounds/gardens are well maintained and pretty. Nicely lit at night. The restaurant/Tavern was excellent; great food, wonderful atmosphere and service. Our server Matt was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even our fur babies enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. We will be coming back here for sure!”

“I don't understand how this place has so many 5 star ratings. While the outdoor amenities are nice, and the location is good, our room itself was honestly disgusting. The sheets were dirty, there was mold building behind the sink, the bathtub had rust stains, toilet seat was stained, and there was paint chipping everywhere. Whole family was ready to get out first thing on our checkout day.”

“Our stay at Ocean View Lodge was overall decent. The best part was definitely the ocean view — being able to sit out on the balcony, relax, and listen to the ocean was really nice. The room itself was older, but it seemed well maintained and clean. The bedframe was a little damaged, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. “The only reason I choose this place was the hot tub and sauna they had advertised online, I was traveling into town during a grueling motorcycle cross country event and I wanted a hot tub to soak away the muscle pain. Unfortunately the hot tub was "broken" it looked like it had been broken for years, yet still advertising it as an amenity. The room was very dated and missing parts of the counter, no phone, the heater had problems and the room was quite noisy. I will never stay there again and...

“Had a wonderful stay at Mendocino Cove! They were pet friendly and had a dog bed, bowls, treats and even towels for our little pup. Amazing grounds and property is well kept. Location perfect with a labyrinth and easy trek to the beach. Room was perfect for our daughter's birthday getaway. “Greetings! My wife and I had such an amazing stay at Agate Cove Inn! We loved the cozy accommodations but staying in the Obsidian Room put it way over the top!! We also loved the convenience and closeness that the Inn is to town. We will most definitely be back, and will tell everyone who asks all about our awesome stay.
