“I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!”

“A well maintained hotel with a clean spacious room. Great view from our floor-to-ceiling windows (you can't walk out onto the balcony but you have one). I liked the little shop next to check in where you can grab snacks, drinks or whatever toiletries you're lacking. No complaints.”
