“We booked a room for four, but the bedding for the third and fourth guests was an extremely uncomfortable pull-out bed provided without a blanket. It was poor quality and not worth the price. Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for snacks that we never even touched. The beach at this location was unusable; there was no dedicated swimming area, and a black flag was up due to dangerous conditions and jellyfish. Meanwhile, other resorts just 20 minutes away had safe, accessible swimming...
