“Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!”

“Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. And their chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It was in the perfect location. The only complaint is that the...

“My only issue had nothing to do with the property, but I found out that Rogers (who is my carrier in Ontario) doesn't have a lot of coverage in Newfoundland AND even though I had coverage in St. John's and in the lobby area of the hotel, it seemed that it didn't extend to the floor I was staying on, or for most of my 2 week journey.”

“Amazing staff, clean space, comfortable room and good food too. The only thing is the electric system that tends to make really alot of noise as if there was a voltage overload. We unplugged the fridge due to the heaviness of it and even the TV+ climatize air made this huge sound that wakes us up at night. If it was not that, it would have been a 5star note.”

“Lauren was very helpful, patient and kind as we arrived very late and yet she made us feel extremely welcomed. The room itself was fairly clean, and we wish that we could have enjoyed the balcony more - but it was a very quick stay. Would return for similar, as it perfectly suited our needs”
