“Clean stay, comfortable beds. The breakfast had plenty of options!”

“There was a roach that crawled on my back. I pulled the bed back to find living spiders, roaches and dead beetles. They helped switch rooms only to find more dead bugs in both rooms I switched too. They would not give refund, and the front desk argued over if they had roaches and she brought a cup of dead bugs from the room and said “see no roaches” I clearly showed her a video and she said I’ve had that experience elsewhere too and didn’t get refund. “This was our second stay at this hotel since we were pleased with our stay last year. The property is well maintained bothe inside and out. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff on duty the morning we left were very friendly and kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked.”

“It was a place to sleep. The bead was comfortable and clean. However, it took over an hour to cool down the room enough to try to sleep. The air conditioning was OFF when we got in the room, and it was stifling hot in there! The water, however, was not! It was lukewarm at best. Also, the bathroom was dirty.
