“Very good hotel room cleaning staff efficiente and good breakfast”

“The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful.”

“Golly, where do I start.... I booked this placed as the listing said it had recently been remodeled - as in past tense. However, upon arrival, it is still very much in the throws of a very large renovation. And thank goodness. The room I stayed in was probably the original décor, circa late 70's or early 80's. Very dated bathroom, the TV was hit and miss whether it worked or not and I had to go and ask if the air con / ceiling fan were working because I couldn't find the switches to get them to...

“Great one bedroom unit opposite Trinity Beach. There is plenty of parking on site (at the back of the complex). It was lovely and quiet (although not overly busy when I was there). The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great and the water hot. The phone number for the property didn't seem to work, but they responded well to email. A lovely place to stay in Trinity Beach”

“I stay here as it is near my work. For that purpose it’s perfect. Great price point, clean, quiet (except for the birdsong) and the check-in and check out are quick and easy whatever time it is. For families there is a playground and swimming pool area that are serviceable but old and tired looking. Location to tourist attractions is about a 15 minute drive. I think this place is okay for low cost tourism but great for those looking for budget friendly accommodation”

“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Coconut is amazing. Highly recommended for families. a lot of fun for kids. The staff is very nice and helpful. Apartments very tidy and well furnished ”
