“My stay at the Oceanview Hotel was great, but what truly sets it apart is the owner, Edgar, and his wonderful family. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We struck up a conversation over lunch at the hotel restaurant—where the food was excellent—and ended up talking about sports. “Un posto davvero bellissimo, una spiaggia pulita e veramente privata. Nonostante fosse la settimana di Pasqua. Gli scogli sono vicini e lo snorkeling superbo. “Love this place, perfect location right on the beach beside the best bar on the beach, on the calmer side of half moon bay (less road traffic). Rooms are simple and cute, good air conditioning all with a little balcony patio, table and chairs and hammock surrounded by manicured jungle and plants, serene but steps away from the action. Staff is lovely and helpful, I picked the perfect spot, highly recommend!”

“No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”

“The sea view was wonderful. Beach clean and water very clear. Room was very clean with shower and bathroom. There was no fridge in the room the room sometimes gets hot, the AC unit does not cool very well. food was drinks were delicious and tasty. I just wish they had more seafood on the menu”
