“ We are here now and cannot recommend this hotel enough. They coordinated an airport shuttle so getting here was very easy. The beach is beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Gina who has been so sweet to my kids. If safety is a concern, don’t think twice about booking here. It’s very safe. “My stay at the Oceanview Hotel was great, but what truly sets it apart is the owner, Edgar, and his wonderful family. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We struck up a conversation over lunch at the hotel restaurant—where the food was excellent—and ended up talking about sports. “My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.”
