“Everything went fine”

“Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Checked in a day late and the room was still not ready. Once the tom was ready the air didn’t work and it was right by housekeeping where the staff was very loud. They did end up moving us to another room but we were told they weren’t moving us due to the air not working but more so being by the loud housekeeping area. The room we were moved to wasn’t ready when they said it would be and 3 hours later we were finally able to get settled. The power went out the first night while in the shower and...

“This place is a quiet little gem in West End. Lovely pools and grounds. Clean nice rooms and ammenities. I really enjoy staying here and I stay here often.”

“Such an amazing stay. The view was breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 our group would stay again.”

“The only thing I liked about this place was that it was affordable, and I liked the outside appearance. The room was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. The linens were in poor condition. Housekeeping didn't empty the bathroom trash or clean the room every day. They should also fix the front gate. Overall, the property needs better cleanliness and maintenance.”

“No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”

“Rooms were nice, and very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. Restaurant service could be more prompt, and directions could be clearer, but overall, a great and convenient place to stay right by the airport.”

“The staff were wonderful and the clear blue waters were breathtaking. This is a perfect relaxation location. The huts over the ocean were amazing and the masseuse in the beach tents were charming and excellent.”

“Outstanding service, everyone was exceptionally attentive making sure we were satisfied. Quiet and very short walk to the beach. Breakfast was yummy and fresh everyday either a little twist. Ambiance was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again Cooler was provided to take it to the beach, umbrellas during rainy days and beach towels for a $10 deposit which was returned on the last day.”
