“I could not check in on time because the key card system did not work. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. When i returned later, I was taken to my room and let in. I did not get a key until the second day. I had to be escorted to my room any time that I left. The television and internet went in and out sporadically throughout the stay. And there was NO HOT WATER in the morning for a shower! I was told that it was out for the whole hotel.”

“The room and all of the common areas of the hotel were very clean and decorated very well. I normally don’t like hotel artwork, but loved all of the choices here. Our room which was a two queen bed room looked great, but the bathroom door was really hard to shut and open and the view from the room was of another rooftop and the side of the other building so that was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable, but I thought the towels could’ve been nicer for a hotel of this level. I did love the...
