“We have a big family and the suite comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The breakfast was great and the kids also had fun at the pool. We would stay here again for sure.”

“The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.”

“Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed”

“Room clean, bed so so as the platform was bigger than the bed so awkward getting in and out, parking great, over bed light out but maintenance went home before 3:00 pm so unable to change. No coffee maker in room so you have to get up and dressed and go to office to get it but they have no artificial sweetener so if you like your coffee sweet but can’t have sugar you’ll have to make a trip to the gas station next door. ”

“Very clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Overall an excellent stay.”

“This is an older building that appears to have been minimally rejuvenated. The room was clean enough; the towels and washcloths were clean. When you get into the room, you see the thick layers of paint, the cracks in the floor, the things that should have been fixed but were not. The bed did not have a box spring, but it did have some kind of spring mechanism that squeaked when you moved or rolled over.”

“Great hotel for a quick getaway! It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and a quick drive to Dan Diego. ”

“We were placed in a room that should have been out of service for maintenance. The bathroom door was only attached by two hinges, there was hair on the bathroom wall, and a tile was missing. The TV was also not connected to the internet and could not be used. When we contacted the front desk, we were told these were known maintenance issues and that maintenance would not be available until Tuesday, even though we checked in on Sunday. We chose to stay in the room only because we were traveling...

“Room was very clean and well prepared. Got some complimentary lotions, shaving set etc from the front desk. Breakfast was nice!! We had coffee and some fruits. Gameroom was ok. We stayed 3 nights. Front desk was helpful too Area was close to shopping mall.”

“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“Our bathroom had a huge leak in the air vent. Flooded bathroom floor. Maintenance knocked once then entered our room suddenly while my daughter was changing. When we tried calling the front desk to report leak they put us on hold repeatedly. So my husband had to walk down to front desk to report. ”
