“Love the location close to our destination. Check in and parking was easy. The room was nice just wish they would get ride of the carpet. Needs some updating on the tube. We asked for more and we had to go down to the front desk to pick them up. Did not no staff other than the front desk receptionist. The price and convenience made the property acceptable. ”

“Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed”

“I’m really disappointed with our stay at Lakehouse Hotel and Resort. The issues started with the room itself. There was no way to cover three large windows, so the room was flooded with light as soon as the sun came up around 6:30am. The bathroom door did not close completely and had no lock. The beds and pillows are hard and lumpy. Parking was great but Safety was also a concern. The resort is not gated, which may be fine, but in our building the exterior door was left propped open all...
