“Very clean and comfortable. The bath tub could be cleaner and the flooring in the elevator needs replacing. Great amenities and nice staff. Don't like the late check-in at 4 p.m.”

“I have stayed at several of the mid-range priced hotels in the Carlsbad area and the Hampton Inn is my top choice. My room was immaculate and all of the regular amenities were available, but what was above and beyond was the hot breakfast and a very comfortable bed, a very quiet room, and top-notch air conditioning on a very warm day in SoCal. I got a wonderful night’s sleep and love the noon checkout time so I’m not so rushed in the morning. Five stars all around!”

“The Ac unit was noisy. I call front desk for repair. A tech Mark came in 2 minutes to check. He left and in less than 10 minutes he came back with Todd Winter (Front office manager) With a brand new AC unit. They changed it immediately. Thank YOU”

“This is a beautiful property! I will definitely stay again. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love that parking is free. I do wish they had EV charging and elevators. The buildings with rooms do not have elevators (only 2 floors). If you book through Expedia you may not get what you booked (ie: room with golf view) so call the resort after booking to make sure they lock that room for you.”
