“I was there since 3pm ....didn't get my room till 6pm ...i had an 2-3 4 year old's with me....and didn't get to enjoy the room. I got a kid's cabin suit which are expensive.... When I asked one of the staff members, what was going on with my room? She gave me attitude, she was brushing me off. She was saying that there were too busy, but my thing is, you should have enough stuff to help people. There was a lot of people complaining. Also not getting the rooms that they paid for they were...

“The attendant who checked us in after midnight was so kind and helpful. The staff we encountered on our visit were professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good (the best one my mom said she has ever been to). We wish we had time to use the pool but were on our way to somewhere else. We'd like to come back and stay sometime just to stay at the hotel.”
