“Balcony door didn’t lock and the balcony had a hole in the floor. We have a toddler and were shocked by the situation. They swapped us rooms, but the property is not well maintained. Breakfast was horrible. There was no coffee creamer, just random containers of different things like almond milk and juice. Who has coffee but no creamer? They had some eggs and apples and toast. That’s pretty much it. Everyone that walked in expecting food was very disappointed.”
